applied yoko2 on G on his strained right knee at about 445am today and then went back to sleep.
and as usual when i woke up at about 7am, in my battle against sinus, i rubbed and blew my nose with my hands.
Within seconds, my nose was BURNING.
and it actually took me quite a while to figure out what went on. like WHY is my nose burning?
ohhhh man
i must say it's pretty hilarious.
yoko-ed nose is not that bad after all. it's like having washabi there constantly for a few minutes.Labels: nose, yoko

"Confessions of a strained heart" - 4:14am 12 August 2010
To say that it doesn't affect me wouldn't be the truth. In fact, deep
down I'm finding it so hard to drive towards any point of acceptance.
I AM TRYING with every ounce of strength within me to push forward
for any kind of acceptance or progress but it's just not happening.
And trust me, this non-acceptance is making me feel so bad sometimes
to the point of being disgusted with myself because it works against
my innate desire to be all embracing but it's just so hard. It's just
killing me.
And so I took the easier route of being indifferent and detached, in
the hope of protecting my heart and finding some form of temporal
rest. I'm painfully aware that this would inevitably lead to layers of
cold hard calluses weighing down my heart, it may look like a defense
mechanism which would work just for a while but I know it's escapism-
escapism which do not lead towards any kind of resolution.
Boy, I hate this feeling of being stuck! It is unreasonable of me to
have my way but yet to accept this, is way beyond my pathetic heart
and frail human capacity.
To turn a blind eye and to keep a cold front seem best to me, for now.Labels: strained, stuck
